- Registration & Payment
- How do I register for the conference? Registration can be done on this website using the link provided. Online registration will open February 20th.
- What forms of payment do you accept? Online registration accepts card payment. If onsite registration is available, we accept checks in addition to card payment
- Do you offer group or early-bird discounts? Unfortunately, not at this time.
- Can I get a refund if my plans change? Yes. Please be aware that there is a $25 administrative fee for the refund.
- Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? Tickets cannot be transferred to someone else.
- Conference Logistics
- Where and when does the event take place? The conference takes place at Mohegan Sun Casino on May 14-15, 2026.
- Will there be a conference app or schedule I can download? Yes. The event can be accessed using SCHED. The app will provide you with a schedule, sponsorship information, vendor bios, speaker information, and a platform to virtually network with other attendees.
- Is there a recommended dress code? There is no recommended dress code. We do recommend that you dress in layers to accommodate the possibility of variable temperatures.
- Are meals or refreshments included with my ticket? Yes. There will be light refreshments at breaks, lunch, and if you are attending on the first day of the conference, we will be hosting a networking cocktail reception where appetizers will be served.
- Travel & Accommodation
- Are there special hotel rates for attendees? Yes. Mohegan Sun is offering a discounted conference rate.
- Is parking available on-site? Yes. There is complimentary valet and self-parking available.
- Accessibility & Special Needs
- Is the venue accessible to wheelchairs or those with mobility issues? Yes.
- Can I request special dietary accommodations? Yes. We are able to offer vegetarian options. Please indicate this when you check in to the conference and you will be given a ticket to be presented to the service team.
- Networking & Sessions
- Is there a networking lounge or reception? While there is no lounge for this event, we are hosting a networking reception after the conference sessions on day one of the conference (May 14).
- Will I have access to session recordings or presentation slides afterward? This event is not being recorded. You will, however, have access to the presentation materials through the event app. The slide decks will be loaded on the app inside each session's link.
- Sponsorship Packages
- What sponsorship levels are available? Currently, there is only one level of sponsorship.
- Are there any add-on opportunities (e.g., sponsored sessions, coffee breaks)? There are not.
- Booth & Display
- What is the booth size and layout? There are 17 booths located inside the foyer of the conference space, giving you direct access to our attendees.
- What setup and teardown times are permitted? You may set up your booth after 5pm on the evening before.
- Will electricity, Wi-Fi, or extra furniture be provided? Some booths have easy access to electricity. If you have specific needs, please communicate this to the vendor coordinator, Kim Kubicza.
- Can I bring my own display materials and equipment? Yes. If you choose to ship them to the venue, there is a fee.
- Branding & Marketing
- How will my sponsorship be promoted before and during the event? Your sponsorship will be advertised on the event app, and displayed on the presenter before, during and after the event sessions.
- Will my logo be featured on signage, the website, or marketing materials? Your logo and company bio will be on the event's app.
- Payment & Deadlines
- Is a deposit required to secure the sponsorship? Yes. Payment is due by March 21st
- Are there any deadlines for submitting artwork or promotional content? No.
- Lead Generation & Networking
- Will I have access to attendee contact lists? No.We do not share our attendee contact lists.
- Can I attend networking sessions or speaker events? We encourage you to attend the cocktail hour to network.

- Where is the venue located? Mohegan Sun is located in Uncasville, Connecticut
- Is parking available and is it free or paid? They offer complimentary valet and self-parking.

- Is free Wi-Fi available? Yes.
- Are there on-site dining options or nearby restaurants? Yes. The casino has a wide variety of food and beverage establishments.
- Where can I find an ATM or business center? The business center is located near the hotel lobby.
- Accessibility
- Is the venue wheelchair-accessible? Yes.
- Are there hearing assistance devices or other adaptive services? Not at this time.
Ticketing & Registration
- Types of Tickets
- What ticket categories are available (e.g., full conference, one-day passes)? You may purchase a one-day ticket or a ticket for the full conference.
- Do you offer student or nonprofit rates? No. We have tiered rates for physicians, and non-physicians.
- Payment & Confirmation
- How can I pay for my ticket? Online tickets can be purchased using a card. Onsite tickets can be purchased using a card or you may pay by check.
- When do I receive my registration confirmation or badge? Online registration will provide you with a confirmation at the time of purchase. If you are attending as part of your organization's educational sponsorship, your confirmation will be through your trauma program leadership. Badges will be issued at the door when you sign in. Signing in is essential to give you credit for attendance - please sign in on both days if you are attending the full event.
- Refunds & Transfers
- What is your refund policy? Please be aware that there is a $25 administrative processing fee for refunds.
- Can I transfer or resell my ticket if I can’t attend? No.
- Is there a deadline for refunds or transfers? You may refund your ticket up to 2 weeks before the conference.
- Online Access
- Will there be a virtual option for attendees who can’t travel? This event is only being hosted in person.
- Recorded Sessions
- Will recorded sessions be available after the event? We are not recording the conference.
- For how long will attendees have access? You do have access to the presentation inside the app. They are available for up to one year.
- Interaction & Networking
- How can virtual attendees ask questions or interact with speakers? There is a chat feature on the SCHED app. We will also be using the chat feature for our Q&A sessions, where you will pose your questions to the session moderator.
- Will there be dedicated online networking sessions? There is a networking cocktail reception the evening of the first day.
