THIS IS NOT AN IN-PERSON SESSION. IT IS A PLACE HOLDER TO DISPLAY REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION.
Nurses

CME
Award of CME credits by ACS is based on compliance of the program with the ACCME accreditation requirements and does not imply endorsement by ACS of the content, the faculty, or the sponsor of the program.
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the learner to earn credit toward the CME of the American Board of Surgery’s Continuous Certification program.
By attending this activity, you give us permission to share your CME data with the CME Accrediting provider and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.

Diplomates of the American Board of Surgery
If you are a physician and Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery (ABS) and you do not already have an American College of Surgeons (ACS) profile (Learner ID), you can create one through the ACS New User Registration Form. This is a free offering for those who have enrolled in an ACS- Accredited educational activity. The ACS ID will grant you access to MyCME where you can track, manage, and send your CME Data to the ABS.
Be certain to provide your ACS ID to this CME on provider in your session evaluation. For more information contact [email protected]
If you need assistance with creating an ACS Learner ID or are not certain if you already have one, please contact Log-In Help.

Instructions for Claiming Credit
Thursday May 14, 2026 7:00am - 7:15am EDT
THIS IS NOT A SESSION. IT IS A PLACEHOLDER TO PROVIDE YOU WITH IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CLAIMING CREDIT FOR THIS YEAR'S CONFERENCE.

Thank you so much for joining us for this year’s Connecticut Trauma Conference. We hope you enjoyed this event and had some good takeaways for the latest in trauma care.
Below is information regarding how to claim your continuing education credits.
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY
  • You have 30 days from the final day of the conference to claim credit. This means the evaluation portal will close on June 14th. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
  • The evaluation will be sent to you via an email from the conference director and is dependent on your recorded attendance at the conference. Please ensure that you have signed in for each day of the conference.
  • You must complete the evaluation in order to claim credit.
  • Once you have completed the evaluation, and claimed your credit/completion, you will be redirected to another site to generate your certificate. It is highly recommended that you forward this email to a personal email address – with the increase in IT security firewalls, if a work email address was used for registration, your organization may block either the evaluation portal or the certificate link. For regulatory reasons, we are not able to generate certificates for you.
On behalf of the Connecticut Trauma Conference planning board, thank you for supporting this event.
