About me
Dr. Sarah Posillico went to medical school at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and completed her surgical residency at University Hospitals/Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. She received additional fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. She is board certified in both General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. She joined Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in 2022, where she is an Acute Care Surgeon and Associate Director of the Surgical Intensive Care Unit. Her interests include resident education, EMS outreach, transfusion, resuscitation, and surgical rescue.
