With over 10 years of working with youth and in Community Violence Intervention field Larry has worked on the front line, responding to thousands of Crisis calls. Studied, researched and uses his Violence Prevention Professional and Trauma Informed Care training to lead his work.
As the Director of Hospital and Crisis Response for COMPASS Youth Collaborative. Which is a Non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the cycle of violence by building safe, trusting relationships with youth exposed to trauma in the city of Hartford, CT.
Larry is a devoted Husband, dedicated Father of 3, two college graduates and a 16-year-old who is a Junior in high school. A lifelong Connecticut resident who is a homeowner, business owner, community leader and Author of “The Healing Culture- Loves Journey to Healing a wound soul”.
