Y Access Transfer Center is a streamlined 24/7 patient transfer service that ensures quick and easy admission to a Yale New Haven Health hospital. With one call to 888-YNHH-BED (888-964-4233), referring physicians can receive attending physician consultation and assistance from trained paramedics for a patient transfer. As necessary, this includes activation of our critical care transport teams.
