We hope you enjoyed this event and had some good takeaways for the latest in trauma care.
Below is information regarding how to claim your continuing education credits.
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY- You have 30 days from the final day of the conference to claim credit. This means the evaluation portal will close on June 14th. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
- The evaluation will be sent to you via an email from the conference director and is dependent on your recorded attendance at the conference. Please ensure that you have signed in for each day of the conference.
- You must complete the evaluation in order to claim credit.
- Once you have completed the evaluation, and claimed your credit/completion, you will be redirected to another site to generate your certificate. It is highly recommended that you forward this email to a personal email address – with the increase in IT security firewalls, if a work email address was used for registration, your organization may block either the evaluation portal or the certificate link. For regulatory reasons, we are not able to generate certificates for you.
